Service Description
We provide high-quality photo booth services for ID photos and fun photos.
Photo Compliance
Our photo booths conform to ICAO and ISO rules for official photo ID including Malaysian passports, ID cards, driving licenses, student visas, and employment passes.
Payment
Payment must be made before each session.
Digital Delivery
Digital photos are sent to the email address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect email entries.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost or damaged photos after they have been sent to the customer’s email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection
When you use our photo booth, we collect your email address only to send you your digital photos.
Data Usage
Your email is never shared with third parties. It is automatically deleted from our system after 30 days.
Photos
Photos taken are not stored on our servers beyond 30 days, unless you give us explicit permission for promotional use.
Compliance
We comply with Malaysian data protection regulations.
Refund Policy
No refund after the photo session is completed and photos (print and/or digital) have been delivered.
Technical Malfunction
If the photo booth does not function properly during a paid session, we will offer a free replacement session or provide a full refund depending on the situation.
